MSXI Warranty Master

The MSXI Warranty Master app is created to support the Automotive dealership or third party providers warranty and service departments. This app contains process information, regular warranty updates and Best Practices based on the Warranty Specialist Program. The information can be used to solve questions in the daily practice and to give the Warranty Specialist the best possible experience processing warranty claims and in turn improve the customer experience. The user will need an authorised ID to be able to access the app.
